ދިރާސާތަކުން ސާބިތުވެފައިވާ ގޮތުގައި ސަރުބީ ޖެހުމާއި ފަލަވުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ފިރިހެނުންނަށްވުރެ ބޮޑީ އަންހެނުންގެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް ބޮޑެތި ބަނޑުލާފައި ތިބޭ، ފަލަވެގެން ގޮސް އަމިއްލަ ޙާލައިގެން ނޫޅެވޭވަރުގެ ފިރިހެނުން ވެސް ފެނެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން، ދެޖިންސުގެ މީހުން ވެސް މިކަމާމެދު ފުންކޮށް ވިސްނާން އެބަޖެހެއެވެ. ތިމާއަކީ ވެސް އެ ފުރުޞަތު އޮތް މީހެއްކަން އަބަދުވެސް ހަނދާން ބަހައްޓާން އެބަ ޖެހެއެވެ. ވިސްނައިނުލައި އުޅޭންފެށޭ ގޮތަކުން، ހަމަ އިސާހިތަކު ގޭގެ ދޮރު ފުޅާކުރާން ވެސް ޖެހިދާނޭކަން ހަނދާން ނައްތައިނުލާށެވެ!
ފަލަވުން ނުވަތަ ސަރުބީ ޖެހުން ބައެއް ފަހަރު ވާރުތައިން ލިބޭ މުދަލަކަށް ވެސް ވެއެވެ. ތިބާއަކީ، ކައްޓާއަށް އެރުމުން، އެއަށް އޮބިއޮންނަވަރު ނުވާ މީހުން ތިބި އާއިލާއަކަށް ނިސްބަތްވާ މީހެއް ނަމަ، ތިބާއަށް ވެސް އެ “ހާލު” ޖެހުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ބޮޑުވެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ތިބާގެ އަކީ ރޫފަރަނގަޅު އާއިލާއަކަށް ނިސްބަތްވާ މީހެއްނަމަ، އަބަދު ވެސް ހުންނާން ޖެހޭނީ އެކަމަށް ހޭލައި، ފާރަވެރި ވެގެންނެވެ. ވާރުތައިން ލިބިދާނެ އެތިކޮޅަކަށް ރައްކާތެރި ވެގެންނެވެ.
އިންސާނާގެ ހަށިގަނޑު ފަލަވެ، ސިފަ ހުތުރުކޮށްލާ މާއްދާއަކީ ސަރުބީއެވެ. މި ދެންނެވި ސަރުބީއަކީ، މީހުން އެއަށް ނުހަނު ނަފުރަތުކުރާ، އެހެންނަމަވެސް ނުހަނު ގާތްކޮށް ގެންގުޅޭ މިތުރެކެވެ. ހަށިގަނޑުގެ އެކި ހިސާބުތަކުން މިއަށް ޖާގަދީގެން އުޅެނީ، އޭގެ ސަބަބުން ތިމާގެ ހަށިގަނޑަށް އައިސްފައިވާ ނުކިއްސަރު ބަދަލު ވެސް އެނގި ހުރެއެވެ. ބުނާކަހަލައެވެ. މަށަށް މިއާ ވަތްކަކުން ނޫޅެވޭނެއެވެ. ބައްޓަން ކިތަންމެ ހުތުރަސް، ހަށިގަނޑު ކިތަންމެ ބަރަސް، ހެދުންތަކަށް ކިތަންމެ އައިބަސް ވެހެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ތިމާގެ ހަށިގަނޑަށް ބޭނުންގޮތެއް ހަދާން ސަރުބީތަކަށް ފުރުޞަތުދީފައި، ޒުވާން ކުދީންނާއި، ހަރުމީހުން ވެސް އެތިބެނީ އޭގެ ސަބަބުން ލިބޭ ގެއްލުން ނުވިސްނޭތީއެއް ނޫނެވެ.
ސަރުބީ އަކީ ހަމައެކަނި ތިމާގެ ހަށިގަނޑުގެ ރީތިކަމާއި ނަލަކަމުގެ ހަތުރެއް ނޫނެވެ. އޭގެ ސަބަބުން ސިއްހީ އެތައް މައްސަލަތަކެއް ވެސް ކުރިމަތި ކުރުވައެވެ. އޭގެތެރެއިން އެއްކަމަކީ، ހަށިގަނޑުގައި ދައުރުވަމުން އަންނަ ލޭގެ ހިނގުމަށް ގެންނަ ބަދަލެވެ. ލޭމައްޗަށް ދިޔުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު، މިފަދަ މީހުންގެ ބޮޑުވެއެވެ. ހަމައެހެންމެ، ހަކުރު މައްޗަށް ދިޔުމާއި، ކޮލެސްޓްރޯލުގެ މިންވަރު މަތިވުމަކީ ވެސް މިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ކުރިމަތިވާ ސިއްޙީ މައްސަލަތަކެވެ. މިގޮތަށް މިކަންކަން ދިމާވުމުން، އޭގެ ބަނޑުން ދެން އުފަންކުރަނީ ނުރައްކާތެރި އެހެނިހެން ބަލިބައްޔެވެ. އެފަދަ ބަލިތައް ގިނަފަހަރަށް ވެގެންދަނީ، ފުރާނައިގެ ދުޝްމަނަކަށެވެ. ކުރެވޭ ހަނގުރާމަ ނިމިގެންދާއިރު، ކާމިޔާބުގެ ދިދަ އުފުލައިލަނީ ދުޝްމަނުންނެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ހަމައެކަނި ސިފަހުތުރުވުމުން ލިބޭ ހިތްދަތިކަމަށް ލޯމަރާލައިގެން، ނުވަތަ ލޯގަނޑު ކުރިމަތީގައި ހޭދަކުރާ ވަގުތުކޮޅު މަދުކޮށްލައިގެން ތިބެވޭކަށް ނެތެވެ.
އުމުރުން ދުވަސްވަމުން އަންނަވަރަކަށް، ހަށިގަނޑު ލުއިކުރުމަށްޓަކައި ކުރާންޖެހޭ މަސައްކަތް ގިނަގުނަވެފައި، އުނދަގޫވާނެއެވެ. ހަށިގަނޑުގައި ޖަހާފައިހުރި ބޭކާރު ސަރުބީތަކުން ސަލާމަތްވާން، އުފުލާންޖެހޭ ބުރަ ބޮޑުވާނެއެވެ. އަނެއްކޮޅުން، އުމުރުން ދުވަސްވާވަރަކަށް، ހަށިގަނޑުގެ ދިފާޢީބާރު ވެސް ދާނީ ދަށަށެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ޒުވާން އުމުރުގައި ހަށިގަނޑު ލުއިކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ފަށާން އެބަޖެހެއެވެ. އެންމެ ބުއްދިވެރި ގޮތަކީ، އަދި ފައިދާ ވެސް ބޮޑު ގޮތަކީ، ފަލަވާކަމުގެ ނިޝާނެއް ހަށިގަނޑުން ފެނުމާއެކު، މިކަމުގެ މައިތިރިއަށް ފެންއަޅާން ފެށުމެވެ. މިކަމަށްޓަކައި ފަހަރުގައި ހިތްނޭދޭ އެތައްކަމެއް ކުރާން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ. ކުޑަދޫ ކުރާ އާދޭހަށް ފުރަގަސްދޭން ވެސް ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ.
