ކިނބިއްސޭ ބުނުމުން ވެސް ޒާތަކަށް ނޭފަތް ހިރުވާލައިފިއެވެ. ދެ ހިނދުރި ފުއްޕާލައިފިއެވެ. ކިނބިއްސޭ އެ ކިޔާ ގޮލާ، ހަށިގަނޑޭ މިކިޔާ ޖަލުގެ ކޮންމެވެސް ތަނެއްގައި ގައިދުވެ އިނދެފައި، ލިބުނު ހަނިހަނި ފުރުސަތުގައި، އަނގައާއި ނޭފަތުގެ ތެރެއިން ނިކުމެ ރައްކާވާން މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ކަހަލަ އިހުސާސެއް ކުރެވެން ފެށުމުންނެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް ކުރާނެކަމެއް ނެތެވެ. މިއަދު މި އޮތީ ކިނބިހީގެ ވާހަކަ ފެށިފައެވެ. ދެން ޖެހޭނީ މި ވާހަކަ ދައްކާށެވެ. ނޭފަތް ހިރުވައި، ދޭ ލޯ ފެންކަޅިކުރުވިޔަސް، އެހެން ގޮތެއް ނެތެވެ.
ކިނބިހި އެޅެނީ ކީއްވެގެން ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ކިނބިހި އެޅެނީ، ނޭފަތުގެ ތެތް ފަށަލައިގައި، ބޭރުން ވަންނަ ހިރަފުސް ނުވަތަ އެ ބާވަތުގެ ކޮންމެވެސް އެއްޗެއް، މާ ނޫން ގޮތަކަށް ކޮށްޓައިލުމާއެކު، އެ ފަށަލަ ހިރުވާން ފެށުމުންނެވެ. އަމިއްލައަށް ނޭފަތް ކެހުމާއި، ނޭފަތުގެ އިސްތަށްޓަށް ދަމައި އުފުރައި ހެދުން ފަދަ އަތްމުނިކެވުމުގެ ސަބަބުން ވެސް އެ ސަކަރާތާ ކުރިމަތިލާން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ. އެއާއެކު އެ ކިނބިހި ހަށިގަނޑުން ބޭރުކޮށްލުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް، އެ ސަރަޙައްދުގެ ނާރުތަކުގެ ޒިންމާއަކަށް ހަދައެވެ. ސިކުނޑީގައިވާ ކިނބިއްސާބެހޭ ޚާއްޞަ އިދާރާއަށްއަށް “އާޖެންޓު” ސިޓިއެއް ފޮނުވައިގެންނެވެ. ސިޓީ ލިބުމާއެކު، ލަހެއްފަހެއް ނެތި، އެ އިދާރާއިން އެ ސޮރު ބޭރުކޮށްލުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ފަށާނެއެވެ. ނަތީޖާއަކަށް ވަނީ، ފުންނޭވާއެއް އެތެރެއަށް ލެވި، މޭގެ މަސްތައް ވާންވެ، ފުއްޕާމޭގައި ވައިގެ ޕްރެޝަރުމަތިކޮށްލުމެވެ. ދެ ލޯ މެރި، މަތީތަލީގައި ދޫ ޖެހި ބާރުވުމެވެ. ހަމައެއާއެކު ބައެއް ފަހަރު ގަދަފަދަ އަޑުފަށްގަނޑަކާއެކު، ބައެއް ފަހަރު އަޑެއް ބަޑެއް ނެތި، ވުސްޖަހާފައި ނޭފަތުގެ ހިނދުރީން ކިނބިހި ނިކުމެގެން ރައްކާވެދާނެއެވެ. ކިނބިހި އެޅުމަކީ މިއެއް ނޫންހެއްޔެވެ؟
ކިނބިހީގެ އެތައް ވައްތަރެއް ހުރެއެވެ. މި ވައްތަރުތަކަށް ތަފާތު ނަންނަން ދެވިދާނެއެވެ. ލޮލުކޮޅަށް ކިރިޔާ ފެންނަފަށުގައި ތިބޭ މީހުން ވެސް، ސިއްސައިލާ ފަދަ ގަދަފަދަ އަޑާއެކު ބައެއް މީހުން ކިނބިހި އަޅައިލައެވެ. ކައިރީގައި ތިބޭ މީހުންގެ ކަންފަތުގެ ތޫރި ފަޅައިގެންދާ ވަރަށެވެ. މި ފަދަ ކިނބިއްސަށް އަޅުގަނޑު މިފަހަރު ކިޔާނީ “ހޮނުގުގުރި ކިނބިއްސެ”ވެ. ދެން އޮތީ، ޖެހިގެން އިންނަ މީހާއަށް ވެސް ކަމެއް ވާހެން ހީނުވާހެން އަޅައިލާ ކިނބިއްސެވެ. އެ ކިނބިހީގެ މިލްކުވެރި ފަރާތަށް ވެސް، އެކަން ކުރެވުނުކަން ނޭނގޭހައި ސިއްރުން ބޭރުކޮށްލާ ކިނބިއްސެވެ. އެފަދަ ކިނބިއްސަށް ކިޔާހިތްވަނީ “ވައި ކިނބިއްސެ”ވެ. ދެން ހުރި ބާވަތްތައް ފެތޭނީ މި ދެ ބާވަތުގެ ދެމެދަށެވެ. “ކުރު ކިނބިއްސެ”ވެ. “އަވަސް ކިނބިއްސެ”ވެ. “ތަރަތަރަ ކިނބިއްސާ”އި “ބުންބެރު ކިނބިއްސެ”ވެ. މިހެން ގޮސް ދެން ކިޔާނެކަމެއް ނެތެވެ. ކޮންމެ އިންސިއަކު ވެސް އަޅާނީ އެކި އަޑުއަޑުން ތަފާތު ރާގުރާގަށް، ތަފާތު ވަޒަނަށް، ފައްތައިގެން އަޅާ ތަފާތު ބައްޓަމެއްގެ ކިނބިއްސެއްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.
އެއް ވާނަކަށް އަޅާ ކިނބިހީގެ އަދަދަށް ބަލާއިރު ވެސް އެކި މީސްމީހުން ކުރާ ހިތްވަރުގައި ތަފާތުތަކެއް ފެނިގެންދެއެވެ. އެއް ބަޔަކު ހަމަ އެންމެ ކިނބިއްސަކުން އެ ވަގުތަށް ފުއްދައިލަނީ، ކުޑަ ޚަރަދަކުން ނިންމާލުމަށެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އަނެއް ބަޔަކު ޚަރަދަކަށް ނުބަލައެވެ. ތިންހަތަރެތި މަތިމައްޗަށް އަޅައިލައެވެ. ފުލުފުލުން ގޮއްވައިލާ ފަޓާސްބަރިއެއް ހެންނެވެ. މި ވަރުން ހިތްހަމަ ނުޖެހޭ މީހުން، ތިންހަތަރު ފަޓާސްބަރި ވެސް ގޮއްވައިލަފާނެއެވެ. އެކި ރާގަށް އެކި އަޑުން އެކި ވަޒަނަށެވެ.
ކިނބިއްސެއް އެޅުމަށް މީހާ ވަރުކުރަމުން އަންނަ އިރު، އޭނާގެ މޫނުމައްޗަށް އެހެރަ އަންނަ ތަފާތު ބަދަލުތަކެއްގެ ބޮޑުކަމާއެވެ؟ މޫނުގެ ބައްޓަމަށް ބަދަލެއް ނަޔަސް، މުޅި މޫނުމަތީގެ ސިފަ ބަދަލުކޮށްލައެވެ. އަނގަ އޮރިއޮރިއަށް ދަމައިގަނެ، ހުޅުވި، ފުޅާވެ، ހިނދުރީގެ ސައިޒު ދެގުނަވެއެވެ. އިސްނެގި ދަތްދޮޅި އުފުލިދެއެވެ. ދެ ލޯމެރި ދެ ބުމަ ގޮށްޖެހިދެއެވެ. މޫނުމަތީން އެހެންޏާ ނުފެންނަ އެތައް ރުލެއް އުފެދި، އާދަޔާޚިލާފު ބަދަލުތަކެއް ގެނުވައެވެ. އެހެން މީހެއްގެ ސިފަޖެހިގެންދާ މޫނުތައް ވެސް ފެނެއެވެ. ބައެއް ފަހަރު މާ ބިރުވެރި ސިފައަކަށް ވެސް ބަދަލުވެފައި ހުންނަ ހިނދުކޮޅަކަށް އެ ވަގުތުކޮޅު ހަދާލައެވެ. މި ހާލަށް މީހާ ގެނެސްފައި، އެ ސޮރު ބޭރުވެގެންދާއިރު، ދޮން މޫނެއް ނަމަ ޖަންބުކުލައިން ކުލަ ޖައްސައިލައެވެ.
ކޮންމެ ފަދަ ހާލަކުން މިކަން ކުރެވުނަސް، ކިނބިއްސަކީ އާދަޔާޚިލާފު އަރާމެއް ވެސް މީހާއަށް ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ އެއްޗެކެވެ. ކިނބިހި “ތުރަވާން” އުޅޭވަގުތު އެހެރަލިބޭ ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމެއްގެ ބޮޑުކަމުގެ ވާހަކަ ދެއްކުމަށްވުރެ ރަނގަޅުވާނީ ނުދެއްކިއްޔާއެވެ. ކުކުޅުފަތަކުން ކަންފަތް ކަހާލުމަކީ މާ އަރާމު ހުރި ކަމެކޯލައެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އަމިއްލަ ތަޖުރިބާގައި ބުނަންޖެހޭނީ، ކިނބިއްސެއް އަޅަން ފަރިކޮށްލާ ވަގުތު، އެ ލިބޭ އަރާމާއި ލައްޒަތާ އަޅައިބަލާއިރު، ތިޔަ ބުނާ ކުކުޅުފަތަށް ކުރެވޭ ހަމަ އެއްކަމެއް ވެސް ނެތެވެ. އާއެކެވެ! ކިނބިހި އެޅެން އުޅޭ ވަގުތު، އިސް އުފުލި، ލޯ މެރި، މުޅި ބޮލުތެރޭގައި އެ އެނބުރި ގަންނަ އަރާމަށް ތަންދޭ އޮއިވަރުގެ މަސްތުގައި ޖެހުމުން….. ދެން އެހެރަ ވާ ގޮތެކެވެ. އަދި އެއް ކިނބިހި އަޅައިލާން ހިތް ނޭދޭނެ މީހަކު ހަމަ ހުރެދާނެ ބާވައެވެ؟
ކިނބިއްސަކީ ބަލިމަޑުކަމުގެ ޢަލާމާތެއް ނޫނެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ؟ ކޮންމެ ކިނބިއްސަކާއެކު، ހަށިގަނޑު، އެތައް ހާސްޖަރާމަކުން ސަލާމަތްވެގެންދެއެވެ. ސައުތު ކެރޮލީނާގެ ގްރީންވިލްގެ “އެލާޖިކް ޑިސީސް އެންޑް އެސްތަމާ ސެންޓަރ”ގެ ޚާއްޞަ ޑޮކްޓަރެއް ކަމުގައިވާ ޑރ. ނެއިލް ކައޯ ވިދާޅުވެފައިވަނީ، އިންސާނާ ރޯގާއިން ސަލާމަތްވެ، ދުޅަހެޔޮ ސއްހަތެއްގައި ހުރުމަށް ކިނބިހިއެޅުމަކީ ވަރަށް މުހިންމު ކަމެއް ކަމަށެވެ. އޭގެ ސަބަބުން ޖަރާސީމާއި ވައިރަސްތަކުން ނޭފަތާއި ހަށިގަނޑު ރައްކާތެރިކޮށްދޭ ކަމަށެވެ. ބޮޑީ ލެންގުއެޖްގެ މާހިރެއްކަމަށްވާ، ޕެއްޓީ ވުޑް ވިދާޅުވާގޮތުގައި ކިނބިއްސަކީ، ގަޑިއަކު 100 މޭލް ބާރުމިނުގައި ޖައްވުތެރެއަށް ނިކުމެގެންދާ އެއްޗެކެވެ. އަދި ހަމައެހެންމެ ކޮންމެ ކިނބިއްސަކާއެކު އެއް ލައްކަ ޖަރާސީމު ޖައްވުގެ ތެރެއަށް ބޭރުވެގެން ދެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ކިނބިހި އަޅާއިރު، ނޭފަތާއި އަނގަމަތި ނިވާކުރުމަކީ ވަރަށް މުހިންމު ކަމެކެވެ. އަހަރެމެންގެ މާތް ނަބިއްޔާ މުޙައްމަދު ޞައްލަ ﷲ ޢަލައިހި ވަސައްލަމަ ވަނީ، ޢަމަލީ ގޮތުން މިކަން ކުރައްވައި، އުންމަތަށް ދަސްކޮށްދެއްވާފައެވެ.
އެމެރިކަން ކޮލްޖެ އޮފް ކާޑިއޮލޮޖީގެ ކުރީގެ ރައީސް ޑރ. ރިޗާޑް ކޮންޓީ ވިދާޅުވާ ގޮތުގައި، ކިނބިހިއެޅޭ ހިނދު ހިތުގެ ވިންދު ކުޑަ ވަގުތުކޮޅަކަށް ހުއްޓެއެވެ. އެއާއެކު ހިނގަން ފަށައެވެ. އަނެއްކޮޅުން އެތައް ހާސް ޖަރާސީމަކުން ހަށިގަނޑު ސަލާމަތްކޮށްދެއެވެ. މި ފަދަ އެތައް ސަބަބުތަކަކާހުރެ، ކިނބިހި އެޅިއްޖެ ނަމަ، “އަލްޙަމްދުލިﷲ” ކިޔައި ޙަމްދުކުރުމަކީ، ސުންނަތެކެވެ. އަދި މިއަޑު އިވޭމީހާ “ޔަރުޙަމުކަﷲ!” ކިޔުން ވެސް ސުންނަތްވެގެން ވެއެވެ. މި އަޑު އިވިއްޖެ ނަމަ، ކިނބިހި އެޅި މީހާ “ޔަހުދީކުމުﷲ ވަޔުސްލިޙު ބާލަކުމް” މި ފަދައިން ކިޔުމަށް ރަސޫލާ ވަނީ އިރުޝާދު ދެއްވާފައެވެ.
